Magic Mirror Backup^(tm) License Agreement

• THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
• If any of the conditions of this license are determined by a court of law to be invalid or unenforcible within a jurisdiction, the invalid and unenforcible conditions will be considered removed from this agreement and the remaining conditions will constitute the required license agreement.
• You agree to not use this software within any jurisdiction in which all applicable warranties cannot be disclaimed.
• You acknowledge that Pensamos Digital, Inc. is under no obligation to provide updates to the software to address security and other issues or to provide notification of such issues, but if these services are provided they are provided as a courtesy. Currently, updates and notifications may be made available at http://www.pensamos.com/, potentially for a limited time and potentially via different mechanisms in the future, if at all. You are encouraged to periodically look for updates and notifications in the event that there are issues addressed which would affect your usage of the software.
• This software contains an MD5 library that is copyright 1996 - 2007 by various people and which is distributed under the terms of the GNU LGPL. The library is also provide "AS IS" and with no warranty. Information on replacing the MD5 library with a different version can be found in the README.html that accompanies the installation.
• You agree to not decompile the software.
• You agree to not alter the provided binaries except as instructed by the accompanying documentation.
• You agree to not reverse engineer the software with the exception of the MD5 library to the extent provided by the GNU LGPL.
• You agree to be bound by future versions of this license, which will be made available at http://www.pensamos.com/ under the relevant product section. Posting of a new license on this website will constitute notice and you will have sixty (60) days from the date of the posting of the new license to accept the new license. If, upon receiving notification of a change in license, you do not agree with the new terms, you must discontinue use of the software.
• Failure to comply with any of these restrictions causes you to permanently lose your right to use the software under this license and under any future versions of this license.
